BEPPU ONSEN BRINGS COMFORT TO KUMAMOTO ♨️

Beppu City has begun providing hot spring bathing support for people still staying at evacuation shelters following the Kumamoto earthquake. A mobile hot spring facility called “Genso no Yu” has been set up at a designated evacuation shelter in Yatsushiro City, Kumamoto Prefecture, and will operate until August 20. 🚛 Around 10 tons of Beppu hot spring water will be transported to the site every day using two dedicated tanker trucks. The temporary facility includes separate bathing and changing areas for men and women, giving evacuees a chance to relax and recover from the stress of prolonged evacuation life.
