Zipair Launches Affordable Houston-Tokyo Flights with Introductory Fares Starting at $666

Japanese low-cost carrier Zipair will introduce new service between Houston and Tokyo starting March 4, 2025. The airline will operate four weekly Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner flights, featuring 18 lie-flat business-class pods and 272 economy seats. Introductory round-trip fares start at $666, with business class priced at $1,500 each way. Passengers should note that additional fees apply for amenities like meals and baggage. Zipair will offer complimentary Wi-Fi for light browsing and messaging. This route will compete with ANA and United Airlines, providing a new Oneworld-affiliated option through Zipair's parent, Japan Airlines.
