One of Beppu’s biggest summer events returns for two unforgettable days
Visitors can enjoy local food, lively night markets, and a festive atmosphere across several locations in central Beppu, including JR Beppu Station, Beppu Station Street, Kitahama Park, Matogahama Park, and Spa Beach.
The main highlight will take place on Sunday, July 26, when the Summer Fireworks Festival begins at 8:08:08 PM. A total of 8,888 fireworks will light up the Beppu night sky through eight different programs.
